    • First 20 p. of the brand book seem to have been printed as the material was collected: p. 1-4 after Jan. 31; p. 5-8 after March 18; p. 9-12 after May 27; p. 13-16 after Aug. 16; and p. 17-20 after Nov. 4. Errata on p. 8 for material of the first gathering seem to confirm this method of printing.
