Summary note
本书稿是作者对"诗经"的注释, 由作者数十年读"诗"所写札记积累而成, 初步成书在道光三十年庚戌(1850)和咸丰元年辛亥(1851)之间. 最后迟至同治三年(1864)才得以刊刻. 此书卷首依次有蒋益澧"序",邓氏"自序"以及"义例"十二条. 书稿评点细致,议论周详, 篇幅较多, 多原创而少因袭, 其最大特点是以"周易"解"诗", 这在"诗经"评点中可谓独树一帜. 具体表现为: 一,以"易经"的理念为启发, 对"诗经"作创新性的解读; 二,以"易经"相关概念, 与"诗经"中相关情节相附和.
