    Summary note
    • "Lao Zi (or Lao Tzu), a famous philosopher and thinker born in the Spring and Autumn Period (776-476 BC) in ancient China, is the founder of the Taoist school. Lao Zi or Lao Tzu (also called Tao Te China) is the classic reflecting the philosophy and thought of Lao Zi. We have tried to offer an axiomatic interpretation of Lao Zi and formulated some definitions, basic assumptions and axioms based on our understanding of the original. We have also deduced a series of propositions and further prove them in an attempt to interpret the pihlosophy and thought of Lao Zi in the form of deductive system."--Back cover.
Back cover.
