"時枝修經濟系三年級。和所有21歲的大學生一樣他在超商打工翹課跟朋友廝混靠著父母經濟上的供應隻身在東京享受自由生活壓根沒想過未來。這天他正打算翹課回去睡覺卻從班導那裡得知晴天霹靂的消息因為學費欠繳他被退學了原本平凡自在的人生開始失速下墜。父母人間蒸發老家人去樓空被趕出租屋處不過短短幾天的時間他失去學生身分也失去了經濟援助。沒錢沒工作睡在1小時100日圓的網咖。原以為生活已經悽慘到家絲毫不知這不過是通往深不見底的淵藪的入口。在繁華東京都會底層揮汗工作也不得餬口陷阱羅布的鐘點工讀紙醉金迷的背後猶如殘酷社會縮影的牛郎店失去尊嚴把命拚上待遇卻形同奴隸的魔鬼工寮。修在命運面前束手無措直到成為無家可歸的遊民 ...一個平凡大學生不求出人頭地大富大貴但至少能工作戀愛結婚生子擁有普普通通的人生吧為什麼一夕間淪落街頭頓失一切的修能擺脫命運無情的捉弄嗎"-- Back cover.
