Descriptions of the plates in Latin and Dutch.
The three numbered full-page anatomical plates have multiple flaps; the first two plates are pasted to the rectos of the third and fourth leaves respectively; the third plate is pasted to the recto of the fifth (blank) leaf.
An unnumbered fourth plate of superficial veins after Valverde is trimmed and pasted to the verso of the title leaf and has an additional engraved strip of paper pasted on to round off the lower edge of the border. Cf. Wellcome.
Printer's name appears following the Latin edition statement on the t.p.
