Summary note
[The Koran, with Persian and Hindustani interlineary translations, the former by Walī Allāh, the latter by Abu Muḥammad ʻAbd al-Ḥaqq. Accompanied, on the margin, by a Hindustani commentary entitled Tafsīr al-furqān, by the author of the Hindustani translation, being an abridgment of a larger work entitled Tafsīr i ḥaqqānī. To which are added the collection of notes in Persian on the revelation of the different Surahs and verses, entitled Shān i nuzūl, and a series of notes in Hindustani on the orthography of the text of the Koran, and the variations of the different "Readings."].
