The plates consist of a frontispiece engraved by Juan Dolivar featuring a concert given by putti, a portrait of Louis XIV by Simon Thomassin, 6 full page architectural cartouches of the Academie Royale de Musique, 4 contents leaves (completed in a contemporary ms. hand) and 2 final leaves containg ms. indices.
