"This story is based on an actual figure. 1972. The wind of re-unification briefly blows throughout the Korean Peninsula after the July 4th North-South Joint Statement. South Korean Central Intelligence is forced to prepare for what could soon be the first inter-Korean Summit. A meeting with North Korea's reclusive leader, Kim Il-sung, would have many unknown and dangerous risk factors. Thus, Intelligence sets up a secret project to make a Kim Il-sung double. They wanted to simulate and prepare for every possible scenario. The double's assignment is to acquire not only Kim Il-sung's every move, but his way of speech, habits, and even the way he thinks."--Korean Movie Database (KMDb).
