Examines bills introduced in the 113th Congress to establish a National Association of Registered Agents and Brokers (NARAB) system to regulate insurance agent licensing nationwide, and to allow NARAB members to operate in multiple States without obtaining specific licenses from these States. Reviews past NARAB legislation.
