Summary note
Based on the Korean legend, the imoogi (a snake that wants to be a dragon) will return and devastate the planet. Reporter Ethan Kendrick is called in to investigate the matter, and he arrives at the conclusion that a young woman, named Sarah who is stricken with a mysterious illness, is supposed to help him. The Imoogi makes its way to Los Angeles, wreaking havoc and destruction. The entire city is under arms and Ethan and Sarah need to make it to Los Angeles in time to save the entire population from total destruction.
