Original version

Originally a part of the map: Magni Ducatus Lithuaniae by Thomas Makowski, Amsterdam : Guilhelmus Janssonius, 1613. For the 2nd 1631 ed., Blaeu split the plate into two separate maps, Magni Ducatus Lithuaniae, and Campus inter Bohum et Borystenem, and since then the two maps were issued separately in the later editions.
