Physical description: 15 lines per page; written in shikastah in black on glazed, laid Arabic paper. Text framed in blue and red; rubrication and catchwords. Poetry in two columns separated by double red lines. Margina insect damage and damp staining.
Origin: According to Moghadam, early 18th century.
Incipit: مجموع اسرار نهان و عىان بحرىست بحر محىط لا محدود نامتناهى ىعنى بر هم که آن بى نام را بر هم مى نامند
