Physical description: 15 lines per page; written in naskh with elements of divani in black on glazed, laid European paper. Rubrication and catchwords. Some staining and smudging, marginal paper repairs. Fol. 1 is a replacement.
Origin: Beginning of Jumādá II 1015 H [October 1606], by Mustafa bin Peri Hoca ... (fol. 137a-137b).
