Title from fol. 1b. On fol. ia the title is given as "Zübdei akaid / Hüseyin Hüsnü Dervişî / 1316", penciled in Western script.
On front cover: Label reading "458" in Western script.
Ms. erroneously foliated beginning on the seventh leaf. Record follows erroneous foliation.
Physical description: 18 lines per page; written in naskh in black on machine-made paper. Above title on fol. 1b is a tugra for the Prophet. Rubrication in pink and red; catchwords. Paginated in Arabic script. Some damp-staining. In good condition.
Origin: 29 Muḥarram 1316 H [written as a number = 19 June 1898] or 1318 H [written as words = 29 May 1900]; holograph (fol. 159b).
Incipit: الحمد لله الذي توحد بالعظمة و الكبرياء و تفرد بالمجد و الثناء و من علينا بالايمن و الاسلام و اشرف الانبياء
