Physical description: 25 lines per page; written in nastaʻliq and naskh in black on tan glazed, laid Arabic paper. Rubrication and catchwords. Arabic prayers vocalized. Extensive paper repairs and some staining; fol. 1-2 are replacements.
Origin: 18 Rabīʻ II 1100 H [9 February 1689] (fol. 81b).
Incipit: الحمد لله ... و بعد چون بتوفىق الهى بانجام رسىد مقال اول و دوم شروع شد در مقال سىم مقال سىم در ادعىه و اعمالى که در عرض سال مىباىد بعمل آىد
