Volume 2 of Rawz̤at al-ṣafā, containing the history of Muḥammad and the first four Caliphs; missing the first folio and one or more folios at the end.

Ms. codex.
On spine: "Jild" in Arabic script; beneath this word a square of the spine has been cut away.
Physical description: 23 lines per page; written in naskh in black on tan glazed, laid Arabic paper. Rubrication and catchwords; a few marginal notes (especially on fol. 274-5). Some staining; marginal paper repairs to leaves at beginning of ms. Missing first folio and one or more folios at the end. Margins of fol. 274-5 have been folded in and bound that way. In good condition.
