• Origin: 26 Ramaḍān 1330 H [8 September 1912], by Muḥammad Ḥasan mutakhalliṣ bih Dabīr ibn raḥmat-i panāh jannat-i ārāmgāh Ḥājjī Abū al-Ḥasan Shīrāzī at the request of Mīrzā Ḥabīb Allāh Khān, Vazīr-i Māliyah-i Fārs (fol. 106b).
