The second and third volumes of a five-volume Qurʼān commentary; covers Sūrat al-Nisāʼ to Sūrat al-Furqān.

• Title from fol. 1b.
• Physical description: 31 lines per page; written in naskh in black on tan glazed, laid Arabic paper. Rubrication and catchwords; Qurʼanic quotations vocalized and in red. Mild staining and insect damage; occasional paper repairs. Last two leaves are replacements and detached. Otherwise in good condition.
• Origin: Mujalladah 2 completed 3 Rabīʻ I 1086 H [28 May 1625] by Ibn Mīr ʻAbd al-Fattāḥ al-Ḥusaynī ʻAlī Riḍā al-Jūratī (fol. 299a). Mujalladah 3 likely completed in the same year.
• Incipit: سورة النسا ... اين سوره مدنىست و نزد بعضى مكى مگر قوله ان الله ىأمرکم ان تؤدوا الامانات الى اهلها

Binding note

Full red leather over pasted boards, bound with flap on front cover; gold-stamped central mandorla, pendants, and fillets. Yellow leather doublures which have been covered with brown paper.
