Dedicated to the princess Badīʻ al-Jamāl (fol. 2b), hence the title.
Physical description: 16 lines per page; written in nastaʻliq in black on beige glazed, laid European paper. Rubrication and catchwords. Damp staining around margins; a few marginal paper repairs. Text block has been trimmed. In good condition.
Origin: Copy completed 6 Dhū al-Ḥijjah 1079 H [7 May 1669] (fol. 311a).

Full red leather with blind-tooled fillets.
