  • Physical description: 15 lines per page; written in nastaʻliq in black on beige glazed, laid European paper. Rubrication and catchwords; some marginal notes, particularly at beginning and end of ms. Change of hands on fol. 117b. Extensive damp staining; numerous paper repairs resulting in loss of text on some leaves. First and last folios are replacements. Incomplete at beginning and end.
  • Origin: According to note by a later hand, this copy was completed 2 Ṣafar 1003 H [17 October 1594] (fol. 126a).
  • Incipit (text 1, as extant): اين مرقوم که بجامع الفواىد موسومست مصروف کشت امىدوارى بضاىت بى علت بارى
  • Incipit (text 2): زبانرا چو در اول اين کلام * ز حمد و تحيت رساندى بکام

A collection of 289 rubāʻīyāt on medicine, each one accompanied by a commentary explaining the signs and treatment of the particular illness as well as the preparation of its appropriate medicaments; missing at least one leaf at the beginning. Completed in 910 or 917 H (Storey, II, 237).
  • 2. fol. 34b-43a: Maʼkūl va mashrūb / Yūsufī. Short metrical tract on food and drink, completed in 906 H (Storey, II, 238).
  • 3. fol. 43b-44a: [Medical recipes from Luqmān Ḥakīm and Ibn Sīnā].
  • 4. fol. 44a-125b: [Zubdat-i qavānīn al-ʻilāj]. Manual of therapeutics, culled from standard works, in fourteen bāb (listed on fol. 44b-46b: the fourteenth is omitted); lacking a few leaves at the end. Completed in 871 H (Storey, II, 228).
