Foliated incorrectly in Arabic script; record follows correct Western foliation. Light staining; text on fol. 1b-2a partially effaced or smudged. Otherwise in excellent condition.
• Origin: Copy completed by Muḥammad Bāqir ibn Muḥammad Ḥasan in Rabīʻ II 1296 H [March-April 1879] (fol. 154b).
