Ms. erroneously foliated beginning on the second leaf. Record follows erroneous foliation.
Physical description: 15 lines per page, in two columns; written in calligraphic nastaʻliq in black on glazed, laid European paper. Text framed in red and blue with outer red border; double red lines between columns. Paper and edges are gold-sprinkled. Catchwords. Some foxing and smudging; repairs to first two and last leaves. In good condition.
Origin: Copy completed by Muḥammad Jaʻfar al-Daylamī in 1138 H [1725 or 6] (fol. 196a).
