Ms., parchment, measuring 39 x 26.5 cm., from the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta, Cividale del Friuli. Modern pencil foliation. Most pages ruled with red, four-line systems, with black and red quadratic notation, and occasional black mensural notation. 16th-century binding of brown leather over boards, with clasps.
