Text on medicine in two maṭlab. What appears to be the same text is also attributed to Muḥammad Ḥusayn ibn Muḥammad Jaʻfar al-Bahbahānī (Āghā Buzurg, Dharīʻah (1936), XXI, 333 (5341)).

Title from fol. 1a by a later hand.
Physical description: 24 lines per page; written in small naskh in black on machine-made paper. Catchwords; rubricated headings beginning on fol. 13a, and headings filled in by a later hand in black on fol. 1-13. A few marginal notes. Detached from binding. Inserts between fol. 15-16, 31-32. Some damp staining, mainly marginal, but text lightly damaged on fol. 84b-87a. Otherwise in excellent condition.
