An abridgment of Jāmī's Nafaḥāt al-uns, a biographical dictionary of Sufi saints; abridgment contains 232 biographies, some of which are of saints of Persia and Iraq not mentioned by Jāmī.

Physical description: 14 lines per page; written in naskh in black on glazed, laid Arabic paper. Rubrication and catchwords; text framed in blue and gold lines. Some damp-staining and insect damage, mainly marginal; otherwise text in good condition.
Decoration: Illuminated ʻunwān on fol. 1b in gold and blue floral pattern; caption title written in red in gold lozenge.
Origin: Copied by Ḥabīb Allāh ibn ʻAzīz al-Dīn ibn Ḥusayn al-Jahrāmī al-Daylamī (fol. 235a). The original text was completed in 883 H [1478 or 9] (fol. 235a), and the abridgment was written in 927 H [1520 or 21] (Storey, I, 958).
