A treatise on the proprieties of kings and their relationship to governors, nobles, and religious doctors. According to the table of contents on fol. 7b-9a, there are 14 bāb, but this copy contains only the first seven.

Dedicated to the Qājār prince Ardashīr Mīrzā (fol. 5b).
Physical description: 14 lines per page; written in nastaʻliq in black on glazed paper bearing the watermarks "Bondon" and "1828." Rubrication and catchwords. Text framed in blue, gold, and red with outer marginal border. Light smudging and staining; paper repairs to last few leaves with some loss of text. A few gatherings detached. No binding.
Decoration: Illuminated ʻunwān on fol. 1b in floral patttern, in gold, blue and fuschia. Text on fol. 1b-2a set within clouds on gold ground. Table of contents on fol. 7b-9a listed as headings in red set within illuminated boxes.
