• On spine of vol. 1: "Ṣuḥuf-i Ibrāhīm jild-i avval." On spine of vol. 2: "Ṣuḥuf-i Ibrāhīm jild-i duvvum."
• Physical description: 21 lines per page, in 1-4 columns; written in nastaʻliq in black on glazed, laid Arabic paper. Rubrication and catchwords; paginated in Arabic script. Text framed in red, black, and yellow on fol. 2a-101b. Extensive insect damage and paper repairs, resulting in loss of text in a few places; some smudging and staining.
• Origin: Original text completed in 1205 H [1790 or 91] (fol. 1b). This copy likely from India, 19th century.

Binding note

Vol. 1 is full red leather with peach flyleaves and pastedowns. Vol. 2 is full brown leather with tan flyleaves and pastedowns.
