• Physical description: 14 lines per page; written in neat naskh in black on tan glazed, laid Arabic paper with visible fibers. Fol. 1-6, 11-12, 14-18, 20, 133-134 are replacements on machine-made paper; margins of fol. 7-10, 13, 19, 132 repaired with machine-made paper. Fol. 79-80 dyed pink. Rubrication and catchwords; Arabic prayers vocalized. Inserts between fol. 4-5, 77-78. Extensive water damage in margins of original leaves, but text unaffected.
• Origin: Copy completed in Mashhad, Muḥarram 1270 H [October 1853] (fol. 134a).
