    • On front cover: Label reading "43" in Arabic script.
    • Physical description: 19 lines per page; written in shikastah in black on glazed, laid Arabic paper. Rubrication and catchwords; marginal corrections. Some pages written on the diagonal. Edges sprinkled with red ink. Paginated in Arabic script in outer margin. Lacuna after fol. 7. Fol. 234a-235b, 236b blank; notes on fol. 236a. Plant leaves pressed between fol. 9-10, 12-13, 224-225. Except for first few and last few folios, ms. detached from binding. Extensive insect damage, especially along inner margin, resulting in some loss of text; numerous paper repairs. Legible, but in poor condition.

    Binding note
    Half leather with cloth covers over pasted boards; gold-stamped pattern along edges of leather and gold-tooled title and lines on spine. Modern decorated paper pastedowns and flyleaves.
