A collection of five medical treatises compiled from texts in Latin, dedicated to the Ottoman Sultan Mehmed IV [r. 1648-1687] (fol. 2a).

• On front cover: Label reading "416" in Western script.
• Physical description: 19 lines per page; written in clear naskh in black on glazed, laid European paper. Most of text framed in brown and green. Rubrication and catchwords. Many pages stuck together. Fol. 25a, 74a, 87b-88a, 119b blank; notes on fol. 36a. Extensive damp staining, causing some blurring of rubrication on first few leaves.
• Origin: Date which appears to be added by later hand is 914 H.; however, this is before the author's time. Ms. likely copied in the 18th century.
