Alternate title: El Qantara. Relief shown by contour interval, hachures, and spot elevation. The desert detail in Sinai indicated by 30 metre contours was taken from the Sinai 1:125,000 series. The F.D.A.Boundary follows the Eastern limit of the Suez Canal Governorate. Transverse Mercator projection. Copied from a map published by the Survey of Egypt, 1928. Arabic and English legend. This sets covers Nile Delta, Suez Canal and part of north coast and western oasis. Sheet number designation is derived from Egypt Grid coordinate system. Some sheets are MDR [Middle East Command] 466 (part).
