Ms. codex.
Physical description: 14 lines per page; written in serto script in black on laid, watermarked paper. Headings in red; iron gall ink used which is eating through the paper and beginning to show on opposite side. Quire signatures on first and last pages of quire. Fol. 1-13 partially worn away due to water damage, with loss of text. Remainder of ms. heavily damp-stained, but text still legible.
Binding note
Pasted boards and fabric; front board has disintegrated with only two fragments remaining. Back board consists of six leaves which have split apart.
