"The third police department in charge of violent crimes is notorious for its poor accomplishments. In that department, there are cops like the rookie Hong-ju (KIM Min-jun) who is terrific at his job but tries to find a way out of it, the veteran detective MOON (HUH Joon-ho) who is depressed by his serious forgetfulness, a cop named Jae-cheol who has too much ambition for his little talent, and the squad leader YOOK (JANG Hang-sun). The third department is in a tight spot. Criminals are getting smarter every day and their skills are becoming cutting-edge, but the third department lacks the necessary weapons and financial support to catch these criminals. Then one day, Hong-ju accidentally gets wind of a crime at his girlfriend's class reunion. When Hong-ju and his colleagues are investigating this case, they find out that a big international drug organization is involved.
