• Title from fol. 1a by a later hand.
• On front cover: Labels reading "416" and "6" in Arabic script.
• Physical description: 9 lines per page; written in large nastaʻliq in black on glazed, laid Arabic paper. Catchwords and rubrication. Text framed in blue and gold with outer gold line in margin. Text of fol. 1b-2a, 20b-21a set within clouds surrounded by gold illumination. Staining in margins and extensive smudging, but text still legible.
• Origin: Copy completed 1 Dhū al-Qaʻdah 1261 H. [1 November 1845] by Abū al-Faḍl Majd al-Dīn Muḥammad ibn Faḍl Allāh Ḥāvijī (fol. 21a).
• Incipit: صبا بعطر آمىزى رقم مشکىن بسم الله الرحمن الرحىم که سر دفتر ارقام مشک فام دىوان حمد و ثناى خالق بىچونست چون آفتاب تابان از مطلع رحمت بر جمله کاىنات پرتو تجلى ىافت و بقلم صنع و قدرت سوا و اين رقم در سوىداى مردمک دىده اقل خلق الله الغنى عماد الحسىنى جاى گرفت
