  • Physical description: 15 lines per page; written in neat nastaʻliq in black on glazed, laid European paper. Text framed in brown, blue, and gold with outer brown line in margin. Text 2 in two columns separated by brown lines. Rubrication and catchwords; some marginal notes. Numerous charts and diagrams. Notes on fol. 1a-2a; insert between fol. 59-60. Edges ragged. Light smudging; damp staining along outer edges, particularly on upper corner. Ink stain on outer edge of fol. 69-82. Binding almost completely detached.

Provenance
On fol. 1a, the date Muḥarram 1223 H. [March 1808] is noted. Ownership statement of Ibn Muḥammad ibn ʻAlī, several stamps, and birth record dated 1217 H. [1802 or 3] on fol. 2a. Owner's stamp dated 1227 H. [1812 or 13] on fol. 34b, 60a.
