    • Title from colophon on fol. 225b; according to Āghā Buzurg (V, 59), also known as Suʼāl va javāb.
    • On front cover: Label reading "39" in Arabic script.
    • Physical description: 24 lines per page; written in ruqʻah script in black on glazed, laid European paper. Catchwords; headings in red. Some paper repairs, particularly towards beginning and end of text block, resulting in some loss of text on several folios. Marginal damp staining and some foxing.
    • Origin: Copy completed 16 Shawwāl 1230 H. [21 September 1815] by Ibn Karbalāʼī Maḥmūd Muḥammad Riḍā-yi [?] al-Dayrī sākin Dar al-[---] Qazvīn (fol. 225b).
    • Incipit: باب اول در مساىل اصولية است و ان در ضمن دو باب بىان مىشود
