On front cover: Label reading "418" in Arabic script.
On spine: Label reading "1436" in Arabic script.
Physical description: 12 lines per page; written in nastaʻliq in black on glazed, laid Arabic paper. Rubrication and catchwords. Arabic quotations in large script and vocalized; interlinear Persian translation in red. Text framed in thick gold line and outer margin bordered by thin gold line. Paper has partially split along gold lines on first few and last few leaves. Light smudging and staining.
Origin: Copy completed by Muḥammad Riz̤ā ibn Bābā Khān in 1129 H. [1716 or 17] (fol. 186a).
Incipit: حمد و ثناىى که جمىع مخلوقىن و ملائكه سموات و ارضىن با مداد مداد بحار و اقلام اشجار از عهده نگارش بر خى از ان عاجز آىند مالک المالکى را سزا و مالک الرقابى را رواست
