Treatise on astrology, described by King as consisting of a muqaddimah, two maqālah, and a khātimah; this copy has an extra maqālah and the khātimah appears to be missing.

• On lower edge: "Ikhtiyārāt-i Ḥusayn Vāʻiẓ" in Arabic script.
• Ms. erroneously foliated beginning on the third folio. Record follows erroneous numbering.
• Physical description: 21 lines per page; written in ruqʻah in black on glazed, laid European paper. Catchwords and rubrication. Text framed in double red lines on fol. 1b-36a. Contains numerous charts. Some gatherings have come loose but are not completely detached. In good condition.
• Incipit: الحمد لله الذي بيد حكمته اذمة الاختيار و بقيضة قدرته اعنة الاقتدار
