On front cover: Top label reading "152" in Arabic script. Center label reading "Dīvān-i Ṭabīb 222" in Arabic script and "46" in Western script.
Physical description: 15 lines per page in one to two columns; written in shikastah in black on blue glazed, laid European paper. Several pages at either end of text block have turned olive green. Catchwords and marginal notes on fol. 1b-2a. Extensive dampstaining has led to some smudging and fading of text, particularly in the second half of the text block.
Origin: Copy completed 1 Shawwāl 1228 H. [27 September 1813] (fol. 44b).
