    Biographical dictionary of Persian poets with copious poetic quotations; arranged as follows: introduction, kings and princes, poets by geographical location, women poets, contemporary poets, and a khātimah with extracts by the author.

    • On front cover: Label reading "324" in Arabic script.
    • Physical description: 24 lines per page, in 1-4 columns; written in nastaʻliq in black on yellowish glazed, laid European paper. Headings in red, keywords overlined in red, Arabic quotations overlined in red and vocalized. Catchwords; topical classification in upper left corner of recto of each folio. Bound insert between fol. 18, 19; loose insert between fol. 144, 145. Extensive paper repairs to first and last leaves, with some loss of text on fol. 1. A few paper repairs to other leaves; slight marginal damp staining. Otherwise in good condition.
    • Origin: Copy completed by Muḥammad Farḥān ibn Muḥammad Naṣīr in Iṣfahān, 5 Rabīʻ al-Thānī 1227 H. [28 April 1812].
