On cover: Label reading "85" in Arabic script.
Physical description: 21 lines per page; written in neat naskhi in black on cream glazed, laid European paper. Headings in red; keywords and Arabic quotations overlined in red. A few marginal notes; catchwords. First leaf of text missing. Binding and first leaf partly detached; otherwise in excellent condition.
Origin: Copy completed 19 Ṣafar 1227 H. [4 March 1812] at al-Madrasah al-Ṣadrīyah in Tehran, by Muḥammad Ḥusayn al-Tihrānī (fol. 257a).

Full brown leather binding with stamped central mandorla, pendants, and fillets.
