The headings for the three sections of the text are: fol. 4r, "Exēgēsis eis ton logon grēgoriou tou / theologou, ton eis tous logous, / kai eis ton exisōtēn Ioulianon"; fol. 38r, "tou autou grēgoriou tou theologou eis tous / hagious makavaious"; and fol. 72r, "Exēgēsis eis ton logon grēgoriou tou / theologou, ton eis ton megan atha / nasion patriarchēn alexandreias." The first and last two folios are written by several scribes and contain information unrelated to the rest of the manuscript. They provide instructions for the cure of the plague. A few of the them at the beginning read: "taxis tōn iatrikōn tēs loimikēs," "Iatrikon pany dokimon dia tēn panōlēn," and at the end: "eis panōlēn iatreia pany / dokimos. Manuscript has a contemporary binding of leather over pasteboard blind-tooled and stamped, forming a frame, at the center of which is a fleur-de-lis stamp.
