Manuscript from the destroyed church of Hagia Paraskeuē, in Lixourion, Cephalonia Island, Greece. It is written in many hands in Modern Greek. Cursive script in black ink. Contains brief texts, documents, and notes (1656-1819), pertaining to this church. A final note was added in 1855 (fol. 3r).
