    The text of, and the commentary on Istinzāl al-naṣr bi-al-tawassul bi-ahl Badr, an ode containing the names of all those who took part on the side of the Prophet, in the Battle of Badr. The ode was occasioned by the appeal, circulated by Shaykh al-Islām, for special prayers for the Turkish army in its struggle against the Persian Nādir Shāh and was composed in 1158/1745.
