A collection of judicial decisions according to Hanafite law compiled by the authorʼs grandson, Nūr al-Dīn ʻAlī ibn Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad al-Shalabī, 1010 [1601/2], from works on jurisprudence by the author.

A few marginal notes and glosses. The copyist is a great-grandson of the author. Additions on preliminary leaves.
Collation: Paper ; fol. IV + 215 + ii (later paper) ; catchwords ; foliation in red using Hindu-Arabic numerals ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 19 lines per page.
Description: Entries in red, green, and indigo ; MS in fair condition; worm-eaten. MS is rare.
Origin: According to colophon copy completed 10[5]6 by Muḥammad ibn ʻAlī ibn Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad ibn Yūnus al-Ḥanafī, known as Ibn al-Shalabī. (fol. 215a).
