  • Origin: According to colophon copy completed Friday 14 al-Muḥarram 766 in Damascus by Aḥmad ibn Yaʻqūb ibn Isḥāq ibn Khawājah Ḥājjī al-Kurādī al-Hādī (fol. 13b).
