A commentary on Mukhtaṣar al-Muntahá. This in turn is an abridgment by Ibn al-Ḥājib of Muntahá al-suʼāl wa-al-amal fī ʻilmay al-uṣūl wa-al-jadal, a work on the principles of jurisprudence.

• Collation: Paper ; fol. vi + 215 ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
• Layout: 19-21 lines per page.
• Description: Rubricated ; lacking some iʻjām diacritical marks ; watermarks (later endleaves only: crown-star-crescent) ; MS in good condition.
• Origin: Probably from the XIVth century.
• Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله الذى بدا الانام ... وبعد فان من عناية الله بالعباد ان شرع الاحكام ...
