A commentary on Mukhtaṣar al-Muntahá. This in turn is an abridgment by Ibn al-Ḥājib of Muntahá al-suʼāl wa-al-amal fī ʻilmay al-uṣūl wa-al-jadal, a work on the principles of jurisprudence.

Marginal notes and glosses. It is stated in the colophon that the work was composed 734/1334. The first folio is supplied by a later hand. The last folio is defective. Inscriptions on (i)a, (vi)b and 1a.
Collation: Paper ; fol. vi + 215 ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 19-21 lines per page.
Description: Rubricated ; lacking some iʻjām diacritical marks ; watermarks (later endleaves only: crown-star-crescent) ; MS in good condition.
Origin: Probably from the XIVth century.
Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله الذى بدا الانام ... وبعد فان من عناية الله بالعباد ان شرع الاحكام ...
Colophon: واتفق فراغ المصنف مد ظلاله من تسويده في السادس والعشرين من شعبان لسنة اربع وثلثين وسبعمائة والحمد لله اولا واخرا والصلاة على نبيه محمد واله باطنا وظاهرًا وعلى اصحابه رضوان الله عليهم اجمعين
