Layout: 13 lines per page ; frame-ruled in red.
Description: Text in red and commentary in black ; original text vocalized ; overlining and other use of red ; watermarks (crown?, other unidentified) ; MS in good condition.
Decoration: Simple illuminated headpiece in red.
Origin: Copy completed end of Ramaḍān 1173 (fol. 64a).

Binding note
Later type II (with flap) binding in brown leather. Gold-stamped central and corner floral motifs and gold-stamped decorative edging on covers. Gold-stamped design around edges of flap. Violet paper pastedowns.

Ownership signature of Sulaymān ibn Ḥasan, Imām and Khaṭīb of Jāmiʻ Qāsim Pāshā dated 1173 with his seal impression (fol. 64b). Acquired from Brill, Leyden, 1900.
