    • After the colophon are two obituary notes. Hitti believes this copy was made by the author.
    • Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 9 (lower pastedown is labeled "10" ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
    • Layout: 16 lines per page.
    • Description: Lacking many iʻjām diacritical marks ; MS in good condition.
