  • A few marginal notes. On eight folios before the first is a collection of traditions entitled Kitāb al-Arbaʻīn fī al-ḥadīth compiled by Abū al-Qāsim ʻAbd al-Karīm ibn Hawāzin al-Qushayrī. Immediately after the colophon are several notes about the reading of the work, one of which is dated 14 Rajab 521 in Nīsābūr though the copy was made 531 H. MS is incomplete at the beginning.
  • Collation: Paper ; fol. 106 ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
  • Layout: 22 lines per page.
  • Description: Lacks some iʻjām diacritic marks ; MS in fair condition; mended. Upper half of folio between 1 and 2 is missing. Evidently unique.
  • Origin: According to colophon copied Tuesday 16 Rabīʻ al-Ākhir 531 by its owner ʻAbd al-Wahhāb ibn ʻAbd Allāh ibn ʻAbd al-Majīd ...ibn Manṣūr Qays ibn ʻAylān ibn Muḍar ibn Nizār (fol. 106a).
